We have great pride in serving various critical industries in the field of Fertilizers, Petro-Chemicals, Refineries, Power plant, Cement, Steel & other process We are a sales organisation dealing mainly in custom-made specialised items on process control instrumentation. We have great industries. We have a proven record with our clients and since 30th september 2003 we have supplied goods over a crore of Rupees and our supplies are working satisfactorily, Once known as the leading manufactures of cables. We are known for our quality.
Quality begins from raw material selection including copper conductors and thermocouple wires. Every stage is tested using spark testing, high voltage testing, and insulation resistance checks. Quality control is an important aspect of our manufacturing activities practised at our factory. This process starts right from selection of right grade of raw materials, be it electrolytic soft annealed copper conductor wires of various sizes, proper homogeneou and accurately calibrated thermocouple wires, imported soft annealed seamless quality copper tubing of Japan origin, galvanised stee wire of I.S.I. grade and like wise other quality raw materials. This practice ensures that the final product is absolutely free from defects and rejection. To achieve this, we have qualified quality control engineers who are always on the shop floor for constant visual and recording values at various intermediate stages of progressive manufacturing. The input raw materials are also subjected to quality controls. All available test results are counter checked of raw materials and then taken for further processing. It will be appreciated that unless the cables satisfy such critical tests, they will be unreliable and inaccurate in operation with unpredictable and possible dangerous results. So by carefully controlled dimension, calibration, matching, insulation, cabling and jacketing at our plant we ensure the highest quality products. Generally speaking, at the present state of art, with advent of new technology in highly critical and sophisticated application in vital project in monitoring viz; measuring and controlling temperatures to a fraction of a degree centigrade is desired. To achieve such criticalness we have to ensure that thermocouple stay in calibration within a fraction of degree from its initial accuracy throughout its operational part over span of time. The rest of other cabling feature must also be sound enough to resist to acids, alkalies, oils, moisture and mechanical abrasion. To achieve this we use high degree and grade of PVC material for insulation and jacketing. We adopt all procedures and standards practised world over with this goal in view i.e; that the cables perform within the accuracy limits allowed per prescribed specification of each items. Among the important features of selection of raw materials, homogeneity find the utmost selection parameter as thermal e.m.f of an alloy is a functional property of its chemical composition and structure. For instance, by variation of chemical composition or by structural change only affect the accuracy of measurement. To achieve best possible results we even calibrate each individual leg of thermocouple extension lead wire with respect to standard pure copper imported from 'Issabellenhutte, West Germany. The values so measured versus copper wire for positive and negative legs are available with us. Next important rather critical stage of cable making is core insulation. Here we adopt a zero defect cores by subjecting on line 5KV' spark testing machine on conductor insulation. Even at every progressive stage of manufacturing the vital parameters are checked before taken to next stage manufacturing to avoid any possibility of rejection of material. After completion of the products they are subjected to all specified tests such as type tests, acceptance tests and routine tests.. Among these tests special attention is given to high voltage test, insulation resistance test, conductor resistance test, physical tests for insulation and sheath, physical dimension and other special tests prescribed for each items
Cables are manufactured using copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic compounds, and protected with PVC sheathing and armouring where required. Cables are generally made from electrolytic copper conductors or matched thermocouple wires insulated with suitable thermo plastic compound with number of cores/pairs or triads as per requirement, laid-up in circular cable form and sheated overall with PVC compound or PVC filled in case of armoured cables. Armouring is provided by using both type of round galvanised wire as well as galvanised flat strips and jacketed overall generally in black colour or as per customers requirement. Similarly pneumatic tubing is supplied in single and multi cores which are laid-up parallel in case of HDPE/LDPE and stranded in cable form in case of metal tubing such as copper. These are also supplied in armoured and unarmoured construction. In case of shielded cable, shielding is provided either by conventional method of conductive braids of bare copper, silver copper, or tinned copper or 100% shielding is provided by using polyester backed aluminium foil (Al-Mylar tape) in continuous contact with copper or tinned copper drain wire solid or stranded in nature with a nominal 25% overlap. In case of multi pair or triads, each pair or triads are either identified by numbering on regular interval or combination of different colours for core insulation or electrical cable by way of ISI colour coding suggested in 15-1554 part-1 of 1976 or by way of providing coloured PVC tapes on each pair which has an added advantage in case of individually shielded pairs isolation of each pairs with the other to facilitate grounding the instruments at different potentionals in the system. Similarly thermowell and thermocouples are also supplied to a wide range of application in process industries.
Our products have been supplied to and are in use across a wide range of leading industrial organizations in India:

These cables are manufactured in various sizes and cores suitable for their application, operation, current rating capacity and voltage grades
Tin the conductor in the manner described above. For soldering in the vertical or inverted position, drill a hole (diameter approx. half the diameter of conductor) in the closed of the socket and for soldering in the horizontal position saw a longitudinal cut approximately 1/8" wide in the socket. Tin the socket by applying the special flux and immersing in the molten solder at 316°C (600 F). Fit the socket on to the conductor and pour molten solder at 316° (600 F) into the drilled hole or the cut solt till the solder flows freely. Then bind the conductor and the socket. Pour more solder and wipe off excess metal while allowing it to cool. Allow the assembly to set without disturbance. For soldering in the horizontal position, apply the same technique as for ferrule. General Coding. We also adopt universally coding control and power cables of copper conductor of 650/1100V grade in armoured and un-armoured construction by common code YY for unarmoured type of cables PVC insulated PVC sheathed of copper conductor. Similarly, the armoured type are coded with YWY & YFY respectivelly for using wire armouring and flat strip armouring in control cables. Colour scheme are also followed as prescribed in Indian Standard IS 1554 part-1-1976. 1 core 1 Red, black, yellow or blue. 2 core - Red and black. 3 core - Red, yellow and blue. 4 core - Red, yellow, blue and black. (also 312 core) (reduced neutral core is black). 5 core - Red, yellow, blue, black and light grey. For cables having more than 5 cores:- Two adjacent cores (counting and directional) in each layer are coloured blue and yellow respectively and the remaining cores are light grey
Testing is a crucial part of cable manufacturing and quality assurance in smooth operation and has to pass through specified test procedure conducted in supervision of qualified Engineers on most modern, calibrated and reliable testing instruments. The inspection tests are classified by Indian standard on these cables IS-1554 part-1-1976 in 3 main groups. - Routine Test. Under routine tests each and every length of the cable before shipment has to perform within this specified limit of applicable standards and test procedure with regard to conductor resistance, high voltage tests. - Acceptance Tests. Under this heading the prescribed tests are:- Annealing Tests, Tensile Tests, Conductor Resistance Tests, Physical Tests for thickness of insulation and sheath, Insulation resistance tests and High Voltage water immersion tests. - Type Tests. Under this heading we perform tests for annealing tensile, conductor resistance, armour wire for thickness of galvanising, tests for insulation and sheath material, dimension, fire resistants tests, insulation resistance tests and high voltage tests etc
Types include Iron-Constantan, Copper-Constantan, Chromel-Alumel, and Platinum-Rhodium alloys. led, armoured and unarmoured constructions depending upon requirements these cables are made with Industries can run As stated above on the basis of environmental condition, number of system, range of operation, period of operation and area of operation a particular type of thermocouple and corresponding selection of thermocouple extension cable is done. Presently the standard types available are:- Iron-Constantan. (JX). (Tx). (Kx). Copper-Constantan Chromel-Alumel. Chromel-Constantan/Copel (Ex): Pt. RH Alloys. (Sx, Rx, Bx.) Each type is recommended for operation at certain temperature and medium. For example: Iron-Constantan are recommended for reducing atmosphere and range 0 to 800°C. Like wise Copper-Constantan for oxidising atmosphere and where moistures may be present and even for low temperature work because of high homogeneity of both base metal wires. The range recommended -32 to 400°C. Chromel-Alumel cables are used in oxidising but clean atmosphere with high range of operation as more smooth in operation with smaller size of wire the recommended range is 0-1000°C. Chromel-Constantan are mainly recommended for inert and mildly oxidizing or reducing atmosphere and also where corrosive atmosphere prevailing for a moderate range of 0-700°C. Pt.-RH alloy combinations are costlier metal combination and are recommended for high temperature upto 1500°C.
